His outlook is entrepreneurial, and technology driven with a B.Tech. in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Executive training in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan and an MBA from the University of Oxford.

Kasper leads the climate risk technology and research teams in data analysis for client portfolios and delivering client investment strategies. He has a passion for climate science and a background in data analysis, statistics, scientific research and ecology.
Kasper holds a Bachelor’s in Marine Biology, Ecology & Biodiversity and Statistics and a Master’s in Marine Biology from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
Constantine leads Urgentem’s advisory work stream and acts as a technical resource in the engagement process with clients and strategic partners. An economist by training, he is passionate about advisory projects that empower investors to identify and manage climate-related financial risks and generate new sustainable investment opportunities. Constantine developed the TCFD-aligned Financial Services disclosure framework at CDP and worked at the Carbon Trust as a Consultant. He holds an MSc in Environmental Economics and Climate Change from LSE and is a committed marine conservationist.

Ginevra Berti-Mei

As a technical developer, Ginevra contributes to building Urgetem’s Element6 platform. Passionate about exploring ways in which data and tech can be used to drive social and environmental change, she is committed to having a net positive environmental impact.
Ginevra holds an MSc in Climate Change Science and Policy from King’s College London, an MSc in Philosophy of Science from the London School of Economics and a BA in Philosophy from Ludwig-Maximilians University.
Ginevra develops climate risk analytics models in Python to enhance and maintain Urgentem’s Element6 platform. She is passionate about exploring ways in which data and tech can be used to drive social and environmental change.

Ian Stannard
Marketing & Business Development
Ian Stannard is Head of Marketing & Engagement at Urgentem with extensive experience developing and producing macro research and data products for global financial market participants. Ian has a passion for generating actionable ideas and working closely with asset owners/managers, central banks and multinational corporates around the world.
Ian developed his analytical and data skills at top tier investment banks and institutions, including Morgan Stanley, BNP Paribas, Chase Manhattan Bank and MNI Market News and is a regular media commentator on developments in the financial markets.

Phil Roussel
Marketing & Business Development
Tom conducts data analysis for client portfolios, hosts technical discussions and develops bespoke products using Urgentem’s global carbon data set. Tom holds a First Class Master’s degree in Financial Technology and a joint Honour’s degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Strathclyde. For his MSc dissertation, he explored the applications of machine learning to climate finance. He is currently developing Urgentem’s advanced suite of portfolio carbon risk management metrics and climate risk platform.
Phil is a Business Development Executive and leads the sales team, working with clients and partners across all industries to align with the climate transition.As a problem-solver, he has a proven track record of building lasting relationships and finding the optimal solution.
Phil has a BSc Hons in Marketing and Management from Newcastle University, and has previously worked for Morningstar and a financial regulator.

Adela Piontek
Corporate Engagement
Adela is a senior carbon data analyst at Urgentem, currently in charge of developing the Green Revenues data project.
She holds a First Class Honours degree in Economics from Adam Smith Business School at Glasgow Uni, and a Masters in Global and Managerial Economics.
Having worked in the European Parliament, she's well-versed not only in European public policy, but also in the EU's institutional processes. Economist by training and researcher by passion, she combines her sustainability-oriented ambitions with diverse data experience.

Stephen Fitzpatrick

Stephen leads Urgentem's Communications, Culture, and Well-being activities. He is our brand guardian, the go-to person for media relations and the designer of our Culture and Well-being Program which addresses the human challenges of our work in a rapid and profoundly changing world. He was Group Interactive Strategist at Saatchi and Saatchi and has led digital innovation and communication projects for Greenpeace, WWF, and Oxfam in addition to MindfulMoney.co.uk, an award-winning social news and networking venture sponsored by leading asset managers in the UK.

Shashank leads Urgentem’s Data Journalism College program, creating insightful, research driven infographics on a wide range of sustainability and climate issues.
He holds a First Class MA in Geography as well as a MSc in Sustainable Development and Environmental Economics from the University of St Andrews.

Joe Beviss

Daria is an experienced backend developer, who is working on different backend components of our Element6 platform. She is committed to finding optimal solutions even for complex issues. Daria has extensive experience in Python language and its "ecosystem". She has a degree in System Analysis.
Daria is also interested in civic-environmental responsibility.
Joe is a Senior Climate Solutions Consultant, helping financial institutions understand and utilise carbon data and analytics. His particular focus is helping companies align to TCFD, meet regulatory challenges and set targets to align to a low carbon world.
Prior to working with Urgentem, he worked closely with corporates to set science-based targets, sustainability strategies and conduct carbon footprints, life cycle assessments and verification.
He holds a First Class MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London, as well as a BA in Geography from the University of Exeter.

Alex Jones

As a Senior Carbon Data Analyst, Alex is responsible for data collection and quality assurance of corporate’s emissions data.
He also leads Urgentem’s corporate engagement campaigns and the output data project.
Alex holds a BSc in Environment, Economics & Ecology from the University of York. For his BSc dissertation, Alex explored FTSE 100 companies emission targets and is passionate about business’ non-financial disclosure and their role in the transition to a low carbon economy.

Isaac Woodman

Isaac is a Business Development Analyst within the Climate Solutions team to aid clients in the understanding of climate data, managing accounts and researching developments in the climate-finance space.
A climate modeller by training, he has a deep knowledge of climate related data as well as a motivation for sustainable finance. He holds a Bsc in Geography with applied geocomputation and spatial analysis and an Msc in Climate Change: Science, Environment and Policy from King's College London. He is interested in sustainable food sourcing.

Raakel Laitinen

Ginevra holds an MSc in Climate Change Science and Policy from King’s College London, an MSc in Philosophy of Science from the London School of Economics and a BA in Philosophy from Ludwig-Maximilians University.
Raakel is a Business Development Analyst at Urgentem, engaging and establishing contact with prospective clients as well as coordinating campaigns with the business development team.
With previous experience as a carbon data analyst, she has a good understanding of climate and environment related data. In addition, she is part of the Diversity and Inclusion team.
She holds an MSc in Business and Development Studies from Copenhagen Business School.

Harish Krishnamoorty

Hari is a Data Analyst & Programmer responsible for the development and enhancement of the Element6 platform.
Previously, Hari was a successful algorithmic trader specialising in developing alpha strategies in the European derivatives market. He has extensive experience in quantitative modelling and statistical analysis of financial data.
He is passionate about exploring the use of climate data for investment decision making and alpha generation. Hari holds a First Class MSc in Finance and Investment, and a BSc in Genetics from Queen Mary University of London.
